How to enrol
High Volume of Enrolment Applications for 2025
Due to a high volume of Enrolment Applications for 2025, the hierarchy of priorities will be followed.
ENROLMENTS ARE TO BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Priority 1: Children baptised in the Catholic faith, who have completed primary education at a Catholic primary school and who live in the designated region in which the Catholic secondary school serves.
Priority 2: Children baptised in the Catholic faith, who have completed primary education at a school other than a Catholic primary school and who live in the designated region which the Catholic secondary school serves.
Priority 3: Children baptised in the Catholic faith from other regions where the designated school has no vacancies.
Priority 4: Siblings of other children currently enrolled who are not baptised in the Catholic faith who, with their parents, respect and agree to support the Catholic mission of the school including the Religious Education it offers for their children.
Priority 5: Children of other Christian Churches and other faith traditions who have completed primary education in a Catholic parish primary school and who live in the designated region which the Catholic secondary school serves who, with their parents, respect and agree to support the Catholic mission of the school including the Religious Education it offers for their children.
Priority 6: Children who have completed primary education in a Catholic parish primary school and who live in the designated region which the Catholic secondary school serves who, with their parents, respect and agree to support the Catholic mission of the school including the Religious Education it offers for their children.
Priority 7: Children of other Christian churches and faith traditions who have completed primary education in a Christian primary school or another faith-based school and who live in the designated region which the Catholic secondary school serves who, with their parents, respect and agree to support the Catholic mission of the school including the religious education it offers for them.
Priority 8: Children of other Christian Churches and faith traditions who, with their parents, respect and agree to support the Catholic mission of the school including the religious education it offers for them.
Priority 9: Children who, with their parents, respect and agree to support the Catholic mission of the school including the religious education it offers for them.
Tours
Missed our College Open Day? Enrolment tours take place 9.00 鈥� 10:30 am on Thursdays and are subject to demand through to December. Please ensure students and parents/carers have read the enrolment guide before attending the tour.
Families are advised to allow 5-10 minutes to find a park. We recommend trying to park on Silva Drive or behind the Wodonga Sport and Leisure Centre and allow five minutes to walk to reception, which is accessible via Bowman Court. If you are interested in a tour, please email enrolment@ccw.vic.edu.au听with your preferred date, names of attendees and a contact number.
Transitioning
Once a place is accepted, families receive a comprehensive Transition Guide, and a sequence of emails preparing their family for their first day at Catholic College.
Open Day
Our annual Open Day was on Tuesday 5 March 2024. If you were unable to attend, please watch a of our school.
Our Open Day for 2026 Enrolments will be held at the College on Monday 3 March 2025.
Buses
2025 听听听 If your child is eligible for bus allocation, a state government application form will be emailed to you in Term 3 if offered a Round 1 place. Round 2 鈥� 3 candidates receive the form shortly after an offer is made.

Conveyance Allowance
This is a form of financial assistance to help with the cost of transporting students to their nearest appropriate denominational school.
Eligibility criteria Eligibility is determined by the Victorian Government, not the College. Students attending a non-government school, i.e Catholic College, must:
- attend the nearest Catholic school appropriate to their year level
- live 4.8km or more by the shortest practicable route from the school
Families living near Beechworth, Rutherglen or Chiltern should check which is their closest school: our College or Galen in Wangaratta. Use 鈥楤ing maps鈥� as a reference. The final determination for qualification is made by the Victorian Government through its Student Conveyance Allowance System – SCAS.

Families living in NSW
Families in NSW must lodge applications online via Transport NSW School Student Transfer Scheme: .
Failure to organise may result in your child being excluded from bus travel.

Uniform
CEW stands for Catholic Education Wodonga. CEW represents St Augustine鈥檚, St Francis of Assisi, St Monica鈥檚 and 台湾SWAG.
Alinta Apparel is the exclusive supplier to this CEW school community. All items, other than shoes and socks, must be purchased from Alinta Apparel. Visit the for more information.
2024 听听 Students wear the PE uniform and must source the full uniform by the beginning of Term 3 (if commencing mid-year).
2025 Year 7’s 听听听 听Alinta Apparel will contact families to book a fitting between October – December.
2025 Year 8-12 听听听 听Families to contact Alinta Apparel. Students may wear the PE uniform for the Commencement Program, and source the full uniform by Term 1.
